Price conditions and discounts
The above prices are per person and day including half board, excluding local taxes.
The single room supplement 15,00 Euro
For rooms with breakfast, 10,00 Euro will be deducted from the half board price.
There is no discount for meals not enjoyed.
Local tax: for all persons over 14 years of age, a municipal residence tax of € 1.70 per person per night will be charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and must be paid on site.
Reduction for children in room with two full-paying adults (0-4 years free of charge)
Pets
Pets are welcome in our house.For dogs we charge 15,00 € per day without board. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms and in the wellness area. Baskets or blankets are desired! We reserve the right to charge a possible final cleaning fee of 20,00 €.
Reservation and booking
We are happy to receive written reservations via e-mail. The booking becomes binding when the deposit is paid and the booking confirmation is sent. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Deposit: Please indicate your name and period of stay or the reservation number as the reason for transfer.
Arrival and departure conditions
Arrival: The rooms are ready for you from 14.00 o’clock. If you should arrive after 18.00 o’clock we ask you for a short message.
Departure: On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am.
